The only thing that looked clean was the lobby. The hallways were filled with trash. When we gor to our room there was garbage on the floor and hair in the shower. The day time staff was nice but one of the check in ladies was probably on drugs. We asked for our room to be cleaned when we left for the afternoon. When we go back we could tell housekeeping was not in to clean our room. When we asked for a different room later on the gentleman at the front desk was rude and you could tell he was just there for a paycheck. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room was mostly clean, but the bathroom had mold on the ceiling. The halls were really bad. Pool was very dirty and unkept. Had to go buy ice because the ice machine had mold all over it. If they don't clean the outside, the ice maker definitely isn't getting cleaned. We stayed 2 nights. The first morning the maids left a trolley of all the garbage they took from rooms in the hall outside our room. It was still there the next morning.

My reservation was never booked with the hotel despite me receiving confirmation email with a confirmation number. The staff had no idea how to resolve this situation And were not helpful at all. We were left stranded with no place to stay. I will never use hotels. COM again or stay in another comfort inn!

The overall environment was unkempt. The hallways were dirty, the rooms were not properly cleaned, the pool was not available. Would have been nice if they posted that the pool was not functional, but rather there is a nice photo of the pool, which was not represented in person. The TV in the room was working and I had to wait a full 24 before it was replaced. The staircase to the lower level was dirty, musty and smelly. This was not worth the cost of $550 for 2 nights. It should a comfort Inn. I’ve always stayed at Holiday Inn Express and this was the first time I truly regret it. Never again. Extremely disappointed and I was hoping that I would be sharing about a positive experience-not that’s not the case.

Terrible place to stay dirty, not friendly at all. The sink or shower did not drain. After telling owner nothing happened. There was hair coming out the sink drain that was clogging it from going down. I had to use a bag to pull some of fhe hair off so it drained. The only person there that was nice and working ass off was the brekfast lady. She was working hard getting the food out and keeping the place clean.

Dumpy, dirty, disorganized. Tried to check in a bit early and they would not allow but confirmed our res. When we returned, they had no room. Ended up driving 45 minutes and paying 3x the cost at 11pm. A crowd in the lobby was outraged and it was NOT a good scene. I will NEVER stay at a Comfort Inn and that one should be razed.

Horrible customer service the front desk workers were very rude to many customers, I ended up getting a different room than the one I booked. The room was dirty when I checked in, overall unpleasant experience and would’ve requested a refund in the event I had an alternate place to stay.
