There is a reason the Pfister is on the list of the countries 10 best historic hotels. While the common areas have maintained the majestic grandeur, our suite was tastefully modern, with all that one would expect from a hotel of this stature. I would recommend the hotel spa and all the dining options on the premises we sampled were up to standard.

Thank You, we felt important and wonderful at the same time, as we walked into the Hotel. The Spa is the Heart of Good Health, I experienced also Good Spa at The BROADMOOR Hotel in Colorado. I really enjoyed the wonderful experience and professional Staff, I purchased products to continue the rich and dreamy feel I received . I plan to come back, bring and treat a family member - hard working Medical student who is living near. I appreciate good quality places, Yours is close and easy to drive to. I want to do a Mother/Daughter trip, as well. Thanks - Being taken care of means a lot to Me, The Staff is Friendly, Caring, Kind, Knowledgeable and Gentle with Beauty in every step.

Great Get Away

It is now one of my favorite hotels - It has the charm and beauty of an old hotel and (surprisingly) the rooms are large, modern, and comfortable. I’ve been telling my MKE and Chicago friends to spend the weekend there. Nice bar at the top of the hotel (could up their wine selection) and great restaurants within a short walk (e.g., Third Coast Provisions).

Don't sleep on the 8th floor during an event!

We loved the hotel. It was gorgeous. One of the most beautiful lobbies I have ever seen. The problem is that we stayed on the 8th floor right above an events hall on the 7th floor that was hosting a wedding till midnight. They had a dj and we heard everything. There was even vibration. It was hard to hear tv at times and we couldn't fall asleep till after midnight. Very frustrating considering we had to be up at 5:30am to get ready for 7:30 church services. We really like everything else about the hotel, but our location of our room sucked.
