I recently stayed at your hotel Hamed Yayah Checked: Aug 11 2025 and noticed a €27 charge for parking on my final bill. At the time of booking, I was not informed that parking would incur an extra fee. There was no mention of this charge on the reservation page, and I was under the impression that parking was included in the room rate. As this charge was unexpected and not clearly communicated in advance, I would appreciate it if you could review the situation. If possible, I kindly request a refund or credit for the parking fee. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response.

Everything was lovely about our stay here. However, there was one problem. The sofa bed provided was extremely uncomfortable and we ended up not using it for anyone and doubling up in the beds. But the beds were very comfortable.

Great hotel!

Great hotel especially if you need to be close to Terminal 2. Train station entrance is adjacent to the hotel making it really easy to go downtown Frankfurt or the airport. Staff was friendly and professional. Spacious and well appointed room with a very comfortable bed, plenty of outlets, a mini fridge, espresso maker and kettle with a variety of teas, coffes, sugar and creamer. Very nice lounge with a nice selection of cocktails. Breakfast buffet was excellent! I will definitely be back!
