Beds were comfortable but only one pillow was provided per person and they flattened into nothing when you lay on them. The staff did quickly bring extra blankets. The room was so overpacked with furniture you could barely move and the lack of overhead lighting left most of it so dark we could barely see to pack up. Front desk staff were beyond useless. They were unable to tell us anything about the restaurants around the hotel and instead suggested ordering dominos on UberEats. When leaving I asked them to confirm the pickup pin was in the correct location to call an uber and they gave me directions to the train station. I understand guests may not know about the train, but I’m standing in front of you with the app open and all my luggage.

Staff was nice and helpful. Parking garage onsite was good. Hotel was clean and fairly modern and well kept. The bed and pillow were nice. The extra bed for our two teenage kids was horrible though - very uneven and lumpy with the bars sticking through . I was actually quite worried about my kids back health. This bad of a sofa bed should be against the local health laws. If not for this sofa bed , I would rate this place a 5 but with the sofa bed I rate it a three as it seems dishonest and deceitful to call this a room for 4 . This was the worst sofa bed we have ever seen and used. The cafeteria and food was actually amazing. Highly recommend the restaurant there although we didn’t like the taste nor super small size of the apple struedel dessert- that dessert was a rip off and blah. Tomato soup, hamburger and chicken burger were amazing as were the braised vegetables. Hotel was otherwise clean quiet and comfy.
