Clean room. Would like to have dirty towels picked up daily. And extra fresh ones left. Could use a hook in bathroom for hanging night clothes. But plan to go again! Communication from reservations did not come through. Had a hard time getting someone. Code was given to me over phone. Had difficulty finding as we were looking for the cottage name.

Peaceful retreat in the center of everything!

We’re two introverts and the check-in/ check-out process was simple and smooth. The room has all basic needs and it was great to be within walking distance of the Oktoberfest activities but at the same time not directly in the middle of any chaos! We will definitely be repeat visitors.

First of all I was told it was further up to the shopping area. I think it was overpriced because I assumed it was larger because of a picture I saw on internet. Secondly I found a couple of bugs in my room. We were supposed to have a keurig I. Our room. There was one but the cup that fits in to put the k cups was one that you used with coffee grounds.

Perfect for getaway!

Nice little cottage! Clean and new. Would be perfect for groups if you got 2 or 3 of these. Location is West end of Main St. Its walkable to the closer shops and restaurants.

This is a great place on Main Street. Nice and clean and easy to check in. There is a quite a walk into the main shops along Main Street. The shower is super nice and the bed is comfortable. The parking is a little tight on the weekends but plenty of parking spaces. Would definitely stay again.

Quiet location not far off the Main area hub. Super happy with all and would book again. The only item I’d pout out is only certain units have the pool right at your door, as some pics show. If that’s important to you just confirm. Loved the place and highly recommend.

Nice and quiet place.

Great location in Fredericksburg. Four blocks from the shops and restaurants which kept us far enough out of the crowds but within walking distance. The pool helped us cool off after our hike at Enchanted Rock. The room was clean and we had everything we needed.

Overall, the unit was great for a 2-3 day stay, but there was minimal space or utensils to prepare or serve light meals or snacks. Parking spaces are not lined, so some vehicles took extra space, making parking rather tight. The bathroom is spacious with separate vanities and a large shower.

It was perfect, couldn't have been better. The only issue was that when we adjusted the fan speed on the wall, it tripped a breaker which left us with no power in the bathroom. We still had plenty of ambient lighting though and had such a good time we didn't worry about trying to get it fixed.
