Heat pump/ac sounds like clanging symbols, shampoo dispenser was left empty, maybe do a routine hot tub cleaning on a week day instead of the weekend. I remember we used to pay 117.00 to stay now at 240.00 outrageous.

The room is not spacious but the layout is convenient. We like bright color in the room setting. We feel very clean and fresh. The bed and the bedding are comfortable. It is a good place for you to stay when you pass by the area. The morning breakfast is standard and sufficient.

Although the room was very clean, the decor is a bit dated. The hallway carpet was spotty and the hallways smelled of disinfectant, which is a turn-off to me. The location of the hotel is a bit off the beaten path. It was an okay experience and the hotel is pretty average in my opinion. Nothing outstandingly horrible and nothing outstandingly wonderful. I booked way in advance and then found out that the price I paid was much higher than the better hotels. Live and learn.

The staff was great and check in was easy. The rooms had a great layout and were clean. The beds were comfortable. The exterior of the pullout couch looked great but the interior didn’t look so great and there were no sheets on it or nearby to be found. I’m positive it was something I missed and at the time was too tired to ask.They have a decent continental breakfast. Definitely would rebook and recommend.

This Sleep Inn will be our “go-to” hotel in Missoula. Our room was spotless. Breakfast was surprisingly good. Staff truly cares. At check in we walked in to an older gentleman telling the front desk staff (I think her name was Mika?) how awesome and helpful she had been and I totally agree with him. She was great. The only issue we had was with the TV, but she was able to give tech support over the phone to fix the issue. Montana hotels are very expensive compared to other states. This is usually the 2nd cheapest hotel in Missoula when we visit and we paid just under $200 per night. But trust me you DON’T want to stay at the cheapest one - we had a truly horrifying experience at that one. The Sleep Inn is hands down the best hotel in Missoula in the “budget” category.

Safe location in Missoula

Room was very clean & had new carpet however it was very small. We stayed in a room with two double beds, it had limited space and seemed cramped. The hotel was safe, very nice employees but breakfast was limited and in a small room/ area. I would consider staying here again if we weren’t with extended family.
