- The inside of the house is on the smaller side, but cozy and comfortable
- The unfinished garage has a pool table, washer/dryer, and bicycles

The neighbors are all families, mostly with children, and we just ask that you observe quiet hours; no parties are allowed. If you crave nature, Laguna Lake is a scenic escape where locals go biking and the Arboretum houses some beautiful waterfalls.
