Location was good, parking on the property was a major plus. Two pools and ocean access for swimming was really nice. Daily breakfast buffet was extensive, restaurant staff were very attentive. The property has been around a long while and seems to have numerous expansions. Our room was quite tired and could use some maintenance. Private balcony with semi ocean view was lovely tho.

Nice large room with balcony, although a little dated. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel provided a cake and a bottle of wine on my birthday which was a nice touch. Good facilities with a beachfront section. Only problem with the room was the air conditioning did not work, just blew warm air. I reported it a couple of times and maintenance had a look but it was not rectified. Otherwise it would have been 5 stars.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Property is not in great condition. Curtains in our room were torn. Carpeting and furniture are old and worn. The pool deck tile needs repairs. Breakfast was so so. It was the same every day so it got boring. Today's scrambled eggs were so watery they were not appetizing at all.

Beautiful hotel by the ocean

Wonderful location, you jump into the pool then jump into the ocean. Great bar/restaurant near the pool and a very large breakfast offered. Service was very good, and we will definitely come back. One thing to note. Laundry facilities is not offered even though listed. They have a laundry service for a high fee.

The experience was ok. The problem is that the hotel has two buildings and the name of the building for our booking was a different than the one that appears to be here. Our room was in Hotek Oenha de Franca Mar. It was nice, but a bit more of guide on this would be good.

Great location. , a little shabby in places rooms spacious . Breakfast offerings pretty extensive. Lunch ok had a few problems with wrong order being brought then the item I had ordered arrived raw . Pool staff super organised and very helpful. Restaurant staff pleasant. Reception mainly good , although on last morning we had ordered a breakfast and it wasn’t delivered the reception said there was nothing he could do about that in a very brusque manner rude ! No customer care there . Needs addressing 20/7

The hotel is located within easy walking distance of cable cars, lots of great restaurants and access to the ocean. The property has lots of character, a great free breakfast and two pools with friendly and helpful staff. there is free parking as well which is a huge benefit as street parking is very limited.
