We have stayed here for over a month and are about to go traveling. we brought our rv travel trailer and parked it in the parking lot. the parking lot is no where near being full and we are told we can not have it parked in the parking lot for a couple of days so we can pack our belongings inside of it. iwe have spent a lot of money with them and i cant believe they sre giving us a hard time. we will be no longer staying here after tonight and we will no longer come back here to stay in the future.

There was no desk clerk, a sign on the counter said he was away and would return shortly. After waiting 15 min in the lobby I eventually returned to my car to wait. When I returned 15 min later he was there. Check in was smooth after that

The 2 bedroom suite is spacious! Some of the furniture was worn and outdated. The heat worked fine and the water got hot with no issues. Breakfast was ok…..I wish they’d bring back the waffle make though. Overall my stay was good and I’d stay here again!

Aside from the roach we had to kill, no hot water in the morning, no luggage carts available when we were unloading/loading, external doors that were broken and having to be surprised with a parking bill....the room was clean, bed was comfortable and staff was very friendly.

I understand people live in this hotel but it’s does have to look like it. I had to be moved to a different room which still was not satisfactory. Paint on the ceiling looked horrible, couch had a hole in it, dishwasher had water sitting in it, tub paint stains in it and hallway carpet needs to be shampooed. I use to enjoy this hotel but I might need to reconsider. All good reviews are not real

Pleasant stop on our way home from Europe. We needed to shower and rest after a very long travel day. Room was comfortable, breakfast was varied and good. Staff kept it stocked. We were well rested for our drive home. We suggest a night light in the bathroom as a improvement.

Our door latch was broken. Anytime we opened it, it would move in and out on the bottom. The toilet flusher handle would keep running water unless we put it back up. Lastly, the TV would NOT allow us to use our firestick or sign in on Wi-Fi. We had a horrible cheap remote which was weird because we have stayed here many times and never had that remote or issues with the firestick/Wi-Fi. I want to watch my firestick and/or be able to sign in on my apps to watch my shows and not being able to almost makes me not want to stay again. I like upgrading to the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, i like the parking, i like the price, and i love being able to pay for late check-out til 3. I just really want to be fully comfy and being able to use my firestick is comfy. We spent HOURS trying to get it to work but when the firestick would be on the volumn was on 1000 and there was absolutely NOTHING you could do about it. The cheap remote they gave us controlled nothing but the TV. We couldnt even click Apps because there was no "OK" or arrow buttons. It was frustrating. With people staying long-term, they should make those TVs and remotes more flexible. I had to look up ways getting around their WiFi just to connect the firestick but it didnt matter because the volumn was SO LOUD it was like the TV was about to blow all speakers. Other than the TV issues, I would come back. Please FIX this. I stay here everytime i come to Bmore and this is a HUGE issue for me.
