A very fine hotel.

Fabulous hotel, great and friendly staff, clean, professionally run. Will definitely stay here again when in Gällivare. Recommended!

Short business stay in Lapland

Great Hotel. Very neat, clean, and warm. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The breakfast is great with good choice and food quality. However the buffet area can be cramped when busy and this could be improved. Consider in room kettle with tea and coffee.

Warm in winter, lovely breakfast.

Staff are very friendly and helpful, we had a nice warm stay here in January. Easy to walk from the station. Rooms are nothing special but clean and have shampoo, shower gel and hairdryer. The breakfast buffet was fantastic - everything from full cooked breakfast to granola and plant milk options.

Lite slitet men trevligt

Hotellet har det som behövs och lite till. Rummet som jag blev erbjuden först hade inte en fungerande TV. Toapappershållare fanns inte och stolen som fanns i rummet hade lösa ben och var på väg att rasa ihop. I övrigt var personalen tillmötesgående och jag fick nytt rum. Restaurangen på hotellet hade bra mat och frukosten var god.
