Room was not cleaned. Soap dispenser for the shower was missing. Soap dispenser at the sink was empty. When we pulled the covers back on the bed, several dark hairs were found on the bed. It was obvious they did not change the bedding. It was very disgusting. We notified the front desk and the gentleman had no comment. We turned in our key cards, checked out and left within 2 hours of walking into the room. I wished we had read the other reviews before booking our stay there. There were electrical concerns as well that we will be reported to the city. Absolutely the worst hotel I have ever been to. I wish they offered negative scores. $162.00 charge for one night and no refund offered.

The staff was ery rude, they would not provide extra blankets, could not break 20s for vending machine, and the rooms were not very clean. There was mold in the bathroom in the tubs.

The hotel needs repair. Cracks in the walls, missing paint, rusty tub, rusty lamp shades and stool. Elevator makes unusual noise and takes a long pause before opening. Door from garage to elevator locking mechanism did not work. Do not need a room key to enter just pull up/down and can get in. Breakfast on Sunday had fresh fruit Monday no fruit.

This place should be torn down , so bad that we could not stay ! Toilet on the balcony , rats ran across the floor as soon as we opens the room door . The photos on Expedia are really old , very misleading !

Room was clean but building and rooms are old and barebones. Took 3 hours for the room to warm up since it was below freezing outside. Prewarmed would have been better. Nice to have a garage under the hotel.

Always clean, great location and friendly staff. We love staying here but the last 2 times you can tell is not being maintained as it could be. Shower head is so old, Shower curtain is almost ripped off the rod, the ac unit kept throwing the breaking switch on the plug and shutting off. I hope something changes and it gets better.
