The staff was incredibly nice. But...the room was terrifyingly unlevel, loose bathroom floor tiles, cracked shower tiles and the plugs on the bed wall did not work. We had to go buy extension cords to charge our phones. And we had to ask for tp, coffee and maid service. Don't think we'll be back.

The price of this property is relatively high, yet the experience was completely unacceptable. The room was unclean and far below expected standards, making it impossible for me to stay. As a result, I had to change my plans and leave, causing significant inconvenience. While the staff were polite in person, they failed to respond to calls from Expedia during the reservation change, which further added to the frustration. Overall, the property is overpriced and does not deliver the quality or value that guests are paying for.
