Our bed was very low and sank in the middle which is not good for the back. We asked for another room and they wouldn’t switch. By 7am, breakfast was not set up and when they began to set it up, we were told, breakfast was not included in the booking and that we needed to pay extra for it. At this point, I was close to asking for a refund of my left days.
