For a quick stop over, this hotel was perfect. The breakfast buffet was exceptional! and the transportation to/from the airport was easy and simple to navigate!

Check-in was a shambles, with a very long wait. Also, it seemed to be taking an inordinately long time to check in some guests, with what seemed to be lengthy chats. Once I reached the front of the queue the Receptionist was very efficient and my check-in took only 2-3 minutes. More staff are required, or retraining of staff to be more efficient at processing data, though the friendliness aspect may suffer. Also, there was no room in the restaurant to get late evening food, after a long time travelling en route.

Miserable. I would not return, nor would I recommend. Reeks of cigarettes. The designated smoking area is just below the window of prob 20 rooms. Super noisy, out-dated & HOT. Broken glass on the floor by my bed, & earbuds from the previous guest still in the room. Not okay.
