Great customer service room was clean

The room was clean but floor had soft spots, needed more blankets for extra bed, tv was very dark and couldn’t be lightened.

Staff was good, room was ok. Restaurant had terrible service and hot tub was out of service. I was expecting a much better stay for almost $400 a night!

Everything was great

Pricy pet fees for a run down motel with vinyl flooring. Grounds were littered with trash. Smelly cigarette receptacle placed outside of my non-smoking room. Weather was chilly so room was cold unless you ran the dry heat blower continuously which was very loud. The quarter inch gap between the exterior door and frame let in the cold air and felt unsafe. Lumpy mattress that sunk down on one side. Curtain barely covered the window and was ripped. No electrical outlets or recharging stations near the night stands. Bathroom fixtures are outdated and worn. Peeling paint in bathroom. Loose toilet seat. Small bath towels. Doorknobs, light switches, remote, etc. felt sticky. Strong chemical "mothball" type of smell throughout the room. Will not return.

The room was clean and comfortable, helpful at check in. A complimentary breakfast would go a long way to making it an even better experience.
