Air condition heat just fine

$20 to park is too expensive and is a money grab. This should have been included in the price for a suburban hotel. The pool was a nice addition and our kids loved it. The front desk doesn’t answer the phone. We only received 1 towel for showering (the pool has separate towels). I called the front desk and couldn’t get through. Starbucks is nice but the staff is very slow. There were 4 people in line and it took about 25 minutes to get a black coffee at 7am. People were loud in the hallways until about 1am. I’m not trying to confront people drinking in the hallways. Again, the front desk phone should be answered to resolve these types of things.

I only stayed overnight, but I felt very comfortable. The man at the front desk made all the difference. He answered all my questions even with my accent. He very politely asked me to repeat (a few times ) but I did not feel annoyed.

I was overstimulated before i even finished checking in. Too much going on in the lobby. Between the dance parties and loud shows, the people trying to get wolf ears and take pictures at the fireplace and all the foot traffic that is forced through that area, as its the only way to get from rooms to activities. Every elevator was a fight with some guests getting very visibly irritable. Place was fairly clean considering the amount of guests and visitors. All staff was extremely friendly. Considering they work in such a highly stimulating environment. They nickle and dime you and could atleast include a free breakfast. I wont waste my money going back

The room was clean with nice toiletries. The bed was comfortable. The restaurant Matador had an excellent tapas menu and a good wine list. Very nice stay. Would come back.
