Our new go-to place to stay when skiing at Wachusett! Lovely hotel with spacious rooms at a great price with a warm, helpful staff. A good gym, pool and hot tub, and restaurant where friendly bartender Mary makes us feel welcome make for a pleasant stay.

Really neat Hotel... only a few things need to work on, breakfast everyday, little things to tighten up in rooms (sink drain not working, when redoing caulking have someone take time and make neat.. presentation is everything. Would defiantly stay again...

The property was real nice but my tv wasn’t working and I let the girl up front know. She said unplug it and plug it back in. Fair enough, that usually works. I did that for 3 hours every 15 minutes when it shut off. The shower takes 15 minutes to get the water temperature where you want it and all 5 of my coworkers had the same problem. If they fix that stuff, the place would be perfect!

Nice accommodations, reasonable price

Elevator was out during our visit so we’re glad to have a room on the 1st floor. Updated rooms and baths, nicely decorated. (Not a fan of the current remodeling trend for rolling barn doors for bathrooms.) friendly desk staff, easy check in/check out. Will definitely choose to stay here again next time we’re in the area.

Beds and pillows were comfortable, bathroom door slid open by itself and lock was installed backwards so it would not lock. Bathtub did not drain. Lobby stairs carpet was dirty, needed a good vacuuming, but restaurant dinner food was good!

Front desk staff was wonderful and able to check us in early. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent- something that lacks frequently today. And the attached restaurant had wonderful food and service. We will definitely stay there again.

The booking system for this hotel is clunky and gave me erroneous information leading to a double booking they could not remove. Their amenities were not in service during the stay. Although service people were nice and courteous they would not help fix the booking situation claiming it was a third party issue warning to people to call the facility and not rely on the clunky websites that tell you the booking did not go through when it did
