Room was dirty. Marks all over the floor and bed base. Marks on duvet too. Bathroom sink had a massive crack in it which was fixed by what I can only assume by someone who had never seen a sink before and did not know what a fixed sink should look like. Whilst I am not disabled, I was given the disabled adapted room and I feel very sorry for someone who has a disability and has to stay in it.

The room was quite tired looking. All felt like it would benefit from a thorough cleaning with several things dirty and run down looking(chips in walls etc). The beds themselves were fine, and the sheets were clean. The temperature of the room was good and it was quiet even on the roadside.

Only stayed for one night but it was convenient, clean & quiet. I haven’t rated breakfast as I didn’t have it, or “eco-friendliness” as I’ve no idea what that relates to! Would recommend and would stay again.

Ideal location for exploring Newcastle City Centre. Next to The Glasshouse & Baltic Centre so a good place to stay for those attractions. Very limited car parking but additional parking is available near Gateshead college.

Terrible parking

I like the hotel. The location The staff, but the parking situation is a total joke. Its always a struggle. This time i sat in my car for an hr until someone left carpark. This was 13.30.in the afternoon. You would expect it to be empty
