Small brown bugs in the room. Larg Cracks in the walls around the hot tub. Mold in the bathroom shower. If you would update your pictures. You would not have as many people staying there. If we could have gotten our money back. We would have not stayed there.

Our room was nice and large. However, the ceilings had large yellow stains about 5 feet long by 3 feet wide in one spot and other smaller ones in other spots. The bathroom ceiling looked like it may cave in as it was stained yellow as well and the seam tape was pulled away from the ceiling. The entire toilet/tub area looked like it needed a bit of work and cleaning. The room wasn't cleaned 1 of the days and another day it was. We're not sure why that was. The bedspread had a large stain on it. Makes sleeping in the bed gross feeling. The toiletries and coffee packs were never replenished so we had to ask for shampoo and kleenex and then go down and get them. The fireplace was not up and running but once I called and asked for that to be working it was on and worked well. Very nice touch We prefer cleaner looking and feeling rooms for this money. The breakfast was good All in all it was a fine room and close to everything which was nice. We could walk to most everything.

I had made an extension of my stay until tomorrow as i lost my backpack from Anakeesta Park while on Chondola Ride. It was around 8pm approximately. I reported my lost items and i have my money, credit cards , drivers license and key fob plus gadget. I have waited for the calls from management of Anakeesta but none. No emails. The Hotrl management has been very helpful in my situation. They assisted me in my needs. This is highly recommended hotel. They take care of theie guests
