Other than a grumpy front desk guy, all the staff I met were friendly and professional. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, and the breakfast was pretty good. It's right on the main Gatlinburg corridor, so the traffic was very loud. And it smelled like weed most of the time I went outside, although I can't hold that against the property. It was a good value for the price, so I'd probably stay here again.

I loved everything about this property! It was clean, smelled clean, and the sheets were clean. I had to leave another property because of nastiness. But I would book here again for sure, this will be the property I book when I return. The staff was amazing!

A lot of trash in the parking. Mold in bathroom on molding around the door. Floors dirty, grandsons feet were dirty from walking barefoot in the room. Other than that everything was ok. Nice breakfast

We stayed 4 days in July 2025. The property is older, but the rooms have been updated with new furniture and fixtures. The first 24-36 hours we could smell a mildew smell and the bathroom floor was wet. It did eventually dry up and the smell went away. The room was clean and had all we needed. The staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was good but was the same every day. It would have been nice to have some variety. The pool was clean and not busy. The elevator and stairs could use an update. Great location! Almost everything was within walking distance. Great value for the price.

Room was clean. However, online pictures are deceiving. The feel of the hotel is cheap. Overpriced for the accommodations in a Saturday. The beds are not comfortable., and the pillows are terrible. I could not sleep. The toilet seat is too large for the toilet (round toilet with elongated lid). Breakfast was average. Employees don't keep up with breakfast area cleanliness; messy areas and floor yet they have a tip jar. Iron board in room but no iron.Will not stay again.
