First time staying here. Just me so there was plenty of room in the one king bed room. Was clean and quiet. Could use a little renovating on the premisesbut otherwise very nice. Very convenient as it is in the heart of downtown Gatlinburg. Could see from on end to the other of downtown. Great view from the 8th story room

Room had ants. It was a room on mountain side. Ants were on desk, ac unit and on a few personal items that I had to throw away. Staff acted promptly once I notified them and they courteously move me to another room.

We enjoyed the stay. Waiting on the elevators was a little annoying and paying for parking didn't seem fair. I wish the buffet had more food options or different options or some fruit. But all the staff was very nice and helpful.

Great Location

This hotel’s location is ultra-convenient, and the river running directly in front of it is beautiful. Our room was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The pool is nice, especially if you’re traveling with kids. The bathroom is on the small side, which may present some difficulty for anyone assisting a small child with bathing. It wasn’t a problem for our family, though. Would stay here again.

Uncomfortable bed and pillows

The best thing about our whole stay here was the big hot tub in our room. The parking garage lobby where you have to wait an eternity for an elevator felt like a sauna. The elevators took forever anytime you needed to use them. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were terrible. The plus side is you could cut the air down as low as you want.

The property is it a great location. But the property smells not sure why? Also the jacuzzi water was brown and smelled! The refrigerator in our room didn't work either!

Good location, musty air, needs updates

For the price, I expected more. The best thing about the hotel is the location to the main downtown area. Everything was within walking distance and the city view was nice. However, for the price, it was disappointing. The room was extremely humid and the air conditioning didn’t improve the humidity. The air felt very sticky and the linens and carpet felt damp. It needed a dehumidifier to make it more comfortable. Generally, cleanliness is my only standard when I stay in a hotel, and the room was clean, but there were several places all over the building that were run down and either needed fixing/updating, or were poorly updated. The pool was nicer in the pictures than it was in person as well. The breakfast was fine, but we were there several days and it never changed. The whole building felt humid/sticky and outdated while the price was still high. They also charge extra for parking ($15/day) which was a hidden fee, and I hate it when companies add extra charges without warning. It feels underhanded. I would rather have the $15 added to the room price than feel like I was being hustled.

Close to everything. Trolly that goes everywhere. Walkable. Clean. Beds are ok. Only complaint would be that there was a constant thumping noise all night in our room and morning but could not figure out what it was.
