Location couldn't have been better. The hotel felt old and dingy. Everything was a little ripped, a little torn, a little discolored, a little off. Looks like it was incredible in 1990, and hasn't been updated since.

Staff was very courteous and room was clean. Location is excellent. Only diwnside i Is that it is a bit dated, but still a nice place. Pool and hot tub were broken.

Great property! Location is walking distance to everything downtown. The staff were so sweet and funny! Loved the front desk staff!! Rooms were dated but well kept. Overall would come back again.

When we booked the room the pool and hot tub area was usable however we received a call that both were under repair. With very short notice. We had no time to rebook somewhere else. I asked for a discount and the only one offered was removing the parking fee, parking fee? This not a posh hotel in Manhattan. So we paid full price for amenities we couldn't use. Also we are quite current staff came in our room even with the do not disturb sign posted. When we return the sign was laying on the floor inside our room. So we taped it to the door. The next morning we could hear them talking about it in the hallway. I guess "if it falls off "they can't say it was posted. Best thing about the hotel is the location.

The hotel claimed to be remodeled, but only the hallway looked updated. The bathroom light half worked, and the tub wouldn’t drain, leaving you standing in water while showering. The parking deck looked run-down, and the front desk asked guests to move vehicles if they weren’t large trucks, which was inconvenient. Beds were squeaky, the TV remote didn’t work, breakfast was poor, and the pool was closed. Loud neighbors yelled for about an hour, and the front desk didn’t seem to care when told. Overall, the stay was disappointing and the hotel needs serious maintenance and better guest service.

room was clean, staff was nice, pool was closed and drained. However noise level was insane. it is right next to mysterious mansion and even though we were up on the 7th floor right next to that outside wall and the venue being right there they play their music loud to where you can hear it inside your room and do not close till midnight and people standing in line are also loud. bring ear plugs or sleep with prince. volume otherwise you wont get to sleep till after midnight

The location is perfect. Clean rooms and common areas. Breakfast good and the attendants very friendly and helpful. The hotel is obviously a bit dated, but the beds were comfortable, and the location couldn't be much better. We had a room on the creek side, and I did hear street traffic, next time we would opt for a mountain view and hopefully not as loud. Bothered me, but not the husband, so use your own judgment on that lol
