Nice hotel, great price!

Perfect location to walk anywhere, room renovations are nice. Only problem we had was the tub/shower faucet was leaking and there was no water pressure in our room 305. However, the front desk and housekeeping were both attentive. Also, room had slight musty odor, which we also told them and they said would be addressed.

Really liked this place but we had a charger stolen in room when we came back after they cleaned so the remaining time there, we put do not disturb on door so they would not come back in room.

The best part about this hotel is Location and it comes with free parking It’s a little dated, but really good shape with freshly redone rooms But it didn’t care for is none of the balconies have a decent view lol mine looks straight out at a wall and this is the second time I’ve been in this hotel same thing last time

This place is nothing special . It is clean and a very convenient location if you plan on staying in Gatlinburg . It is my favorite hotel in Gatlinburg . I stay there at least twice a year for the last 3 years .
