Right next to the Convention Center and walking distance to all of downtown Gatlinburg. The room was clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. Will definately stay again if in the area.

They said our room was newly renovated with a balcony. The room was redone in such a hurry there was still mold on the ceiling and the balcony faces the back of another building over looking a couple of homeless people.

The whole floor smelled like weed and there was loud music all hours of the day. If it wasn’t for that our stay would have been amazing, but with kids being with me it wasn’t the best.

What water pressure???

We always stay at Reagan’s Resort and can always give excellent reviews. But this time I have to say something about the water pressure. It was almost nonexistent. Someone needs to check it out on room 312. Otherwise it was great as always.
