We stayed in a King Suite. It is two regular rooms converted into one big suite. Super nice, just like the pictures. Breakfast was good with eggs, sausage, pancakes, etc. Price was super good for what you get.

I called 4 days before check in and requested a joining room with a friend that was staying here also. The lady I spoke with assured me that that would happen. Not only did that not happen we were no even on the same floor as our friend. My husband is handicapped and this made our stay very difficult.

We were overall very satisfied with our stay. When we got to the room, we unpacked and started to settle in when I discovered a active lady bug infestation by the window. We also noticed a curtain bracket on the floor in debris by the window. I went down to the front desk and asked the gentleman on duty to come up so I could show him what I found. He then proceeded to check on the availability of another room and we were able to switch rooms. The rooms are very spacious and have been updated. The staff here is very courteous and accommodating. All the rooms have a balcony that is creekside, so it's a very pleasant atmosphere. It's within easy walking distance of the main attractions in Gatlinburg, very close to Ober Gatlinburg. Breakfast area was well maintained.

I brought a church youth group of 25 from Florida. While planning the trip I found this hotel within walking distance from the Gatlinburg Convention Center that was not only affordable but had rooms big enough for 6 people per room comfortably. I made a lot of calls with many questions and the staff were so kind and accommodating. When we got there it was closer to the convention center and Ober mountain then we thought, the rooms were clean and well maintained. The staff was AMAZING! And the view off the balcony with the creek and mountains was beautiful! Thanks in part to the staff it was a successful and great trip with 17 teenagers 😂 I will definitely be booking with them for the conference again next year!

Our room was very nice. They serve a great breakfast selection. However, one of our mornings, the front desk guy had to search for the guy that is in charge of replenishing the food on the bar. We enjoyed the room and the fact the balcony looked over the river. All in all, a good place to stay.

Nice hotel but noisy

Older hotel but in decent shape. The room was very large and breakfast was good. Only complaint was we could hear everything during the might. Elevator was very noisy, we were two rooms away.
