It is very convenience for early morning flight at Gatwick. But it would be much better if the hotel opens drinking station at all floor rather than just one floor. PS there is no kettle at the room, so you do need to take the lift to get a coffee or tea in the morning!

Grieve and grim all round. Like staying in a prison cell. The entrance is between the Gatwick toilets and you walk out and straight into airport security. A bit odd. Reception was friendly though. Ultra convenient for the airport of course

No frills but fine.

Was fine. Compact room but fine for someone with hardly any luggage (you’d struggle with a few large cases for sure). Room clean and well presented. Free tea and coffee from the machine on floor 7. Check in from the south terminal without needing to leave. Great view.

The smartphone check-in option was really great. Excellent cleaning. We had a small room with no windows but it was perfectly ventilated and we slept really well.

Smooth check in and check out. Comfy pillow and mattress ensured a decent night’s sleep. Only flaw was the floor covering in the room which was hard, rough and creaky underfoot. Overall, good value for money.

Hassle-free for a quick overnight

My 3rd stay here, and for the same purpose: a quick overnight at LGW. It's IN the airport, so no need for leaving the site and hailing a taxi. Checking in was super fast. The room was small, but perfectly functional for my short stay. Bunk beds this time, so I slept up top and laid out my things on the lower bunk. Quick walk to the airline check-in counters in the morning. The only things to be improved is the signage to the hotel. It's not obviously displayed on the South Terminal signs.
