Staff was friendly. Breakfast was as expected and replenished regularly. Staff were constantly tidying up and clearing. Beds were comfortable and there was little noise to disturb you. You could not ask for a more convenient location at the North terminal if travelling Air Transat.

Clean, comfy bed..perfect for our needs. Upon checking in we were told no room was booked for us….it had been cancelled! After some very stressful conversation, front desk staff called Expedia & due to confusion over my husband’s first name…yes indeed we did have a reservation to stay the night!

Literally a 50m walk inside north terminal from EasyJet check ins to the hotel via enclosed sky bridge. Fast check in, even faster check out. Good size, comfortable room. Good water pressure and lighting. Comfortable and quiet enough for a night's sleep.
