Puro is my go-to brand in Poland, and this is my second time staying at this location in Gdansk in the last three months. Puro is always consistent in quality, comfort and convenience. Friendly staff managed to get me into my room early, after an early morning flight arrival, which I really appreciated!! The breakfast is outstanding! Very well located, walking distance to the old town and Christmas Market. Highly recommend this hotel. Taxi’s will need to drop passengers about 100 metres away as the entry is on a pedestrian street - no difficulty finding the place. Lots of dining options in the area. Will definitely stay here again.

Room was spotless, staff were friendly, location could not have been better. The breakfast was extremely good and the whole place was very stylishly decorated and furnished. The only criticism we had was that the room was too hot - and this did not improve even once we’d asked the hotel reception why the air conditioning did not seem to work. I missed having a kettle in the room for my cup of tea first thing in the morning, even though there was free tea and coffee down in reception.

We LOVE the Puro chain!!! Our favourite hotel experiences of the year - and we travel internationally monthly. One bit to add, Puro staff in Lodz were amazing - super friendly and helpful. Staff in Gdansk wouldn’t look at you, smile or greet you unless you went up to them with a question - this should be improved.

The room was great and the staff extremely friendly. One issue was that the spa was not available for 2 of our 3 days there. This was not advertised before we arrived or at check-in, and no compensation was offered. Given we’d booked this hotel primarily as the spa looked great, that was a disappointment. We’d have booked another hotel with a spa had we known.

We had a fantastic time in Puro Gdansk Stare Miasto. The staff were so friendly and attentive, everyone spoke perfect English (and many other languages), the hotel is beautiful, the rooftop bar is delightful, the breakfast was delicious and our room was absolutely gorgeous. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were warm and the whole place is spotless. I will happily stay there again the next time we are in Gdansk.

Lovely 4 night stay in Gdansk

Room couldn’t have been better and at a reasonable price too. Good location. Seemed to be 10 minutes walk wherever we wanted to go.
