Stayed at Legoland Resort as part of a family holiday to the theme park. Was really easy and convenient staying here, particularly for access to the park. Above all, we had excellent service. Always helpful and always met with a smile - both at the hotel and theme park. Really made it a pleasant visit.

Nice hotel if taking kids to Legoland. Rooms can comfortably accommodate a family of 4. Good amenities provided. The downside is that the hotel was hyper busy during our visit and the breakfast area very congested.

Kids loved the themed rooms, whole experience was uniquely Lego. Even the decorations in the room and the cutlery holders in restaurant made of Lego. With the multi park entry, we visited the wet park as well as the wet rides in the dry park on the first day. Then second day we went on all the other dry rides.

It was a great holiday for kids 12 & below. Maybe the controls of the room for the air-con temperature could be fixed. We could not adjust the temperature but could only adjust the fan speed.

The initial check-in experience wasn't good. The room was smelly and upon check-in there is power outage across 1F & 2F. When I requested a room change, I was told that there are only 1 room available to switch which "might also have the same smelly issue". I was quite disappointed and they suggested I can pay for an upgrade to another room, which I did, and that room was then clean and without the smells. I've no problem to pay for upgrades. But my problem is that hotel guests shouldn't pay extra to get themselves a clean and de-odored room. That shouldn't be too much to ask even for a regular hotel, let alone a resort that bears the Legoland's name. No complaints after the upgrade though.

An excellent theme park as well as very kid-friendly and fun hotel. It would have been nice, however, to have seen some real-life Lego characters around the hotel and the hotel breakfast area was very crowded with limited food options.

Room: Relatively clean. Enough room for kids to run around. - Secret chest lock is broken, staff was unable to fix it - Safe deposit box is broken, password couldn’t be reset. Staff unable to fix it - Door was quite difficult to close properly - vending machine outside the room is a scam. First bottled water I paid RM5, second bottled water I wanted to buy became RM8? Couldn’t even get my refund. Buy from outside better. Staffs: Very polite and professional. Love all their security guards, very friendly! Dining: Breakfast has a wide variety. However, no matter whether you make a booking for certain time slot or not, you will still have to wait.
