Always a memorable experience

Have stayed at this beautiful property multiple times over the years. Great location, very welcoming and helpful staff. Special mention to Natashya (concierge) - always with a friendly smile and made an extra effort to show me to the Hop on Hop off pick up point, on my recent stay in May 2025. There was also a very friendly & chatty doorman ( unfortunately can’t remember his name). They had a birthday cake on my return stay in June ( despite birthday was 3 days earlier). Appreciated it very much.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at (and I stay in many). The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, every single detail was well thought through. The bed was comfortable, the room was excellent size with great views of the Twin Towers, the amenities were perfect (best hotel gym I’ve seen). The food was also really good!

I was traveling with my very chatty 8-year-old son and every single staff member we interacted with was incredibly friendly, patient, and kind. They made both of us feel completely at home and welcomed from the moment we arrived. The location is unbeatable, right next to Suria KLCC and the iconic Petronas Twin Towers. The view from our room was stunning, especially at night when the towers lit up. The food was fantastic, and the overall atmosphere was calm, elegant, and very family-friendly. Thank you so much to everyone at the Mandarin Oriental for making this trip so special. You created a beautiful memory for my son and me. We’d absolutely stay here again if we return to Kuala Lumpur! 감사했어요! ありがとうございました！

Great hotel :-)

The hotel is lovely and the location is great. You have the Petronas towers walking distance away as you walk through a shopping mall just next door! There’s also a food court in the mall with such a variety of foods. I would definitely recommend. This hotel.
