Outstanding service, location and pool. No buildings blocking the pool so you get sunshine and a beautiful view. Luxurious room: carpet, separate tap for drinking water, mini fridge with drinks included and replenished daily. I highly recommended this hotel. Fahmi and Sunil were always in the lobby to help and welcome us.

We thoroughly enjoyed a beautuful room and pool with a great view of the strait for for six nights. Our comfortable king bed, decor, safe drinking water and complementary drinks were much appreciated. We also appreciated the friendly manner and sensible advice from the staff at the lobby counter. Finally, our big thank you to the room housekeeping staff.

Not 5 star, great location

While our stay was comfortable, this hotel is not a 5 star hotel. The staff seem friendly but don’t really speak English so communication is difficult. While everything is clean, the finishes are worn and need a renovation. That being said the location is excellent for George Town

The room is clean, The staffs are very friendly and helpful. room aircon is centralized. We cannot set the temperature and it is very cold in the night when sleeping as the blanket is quite thin. We need to wear extra clothing to sleep.

Our 3D2N stay at the Prestige Hotel was marvellous. The hotel is situated at the terminal ferry jetty, well located in George Town, away from the traffic hustling and bustling. Hospitality by the service crew was perfect as they were polite and professional. The hotel amenities were spectacular, well maintained and clean. A special shout out to the 3M filtered water tap which dispensed endless amount of clean, cool filtered water for us to beat the sweltering heat in Penang. Not forgetting the complimentary drinks in the bar and refrigerator too. Do head out to the swimming pool / deck for the amazing sunset too!

I would come back just for the staff! Everyone was so welcoming from the moment we arrived! Even tho we arrived hours early for check in they had our room ready and welcomed us in. The room was clean full of complementary drinks and snacks. Being our honey moon they set up a lovely decoration and brownie for us to enjoy l. The pool was great with an amazing pool view and clean. Not to mention the great location to walk and see many of the local street art and enjoy delicious food.10/10 would come back again!
