Staff were very welcoming and friendly. The price was reasonable and location was great. The building and room was nice although there were a few things that could have been better. The mini fridge was not working properly and was not cold, the carpet in the hallway was really worn out and unfortunately on our last day there was a cockroach climbing on the wall of the washroom.

Room wallpaper coming off, dressing chair leg is losses, wash basin tap water milky color, towel colour looks like milky colour afraid to used, hand shower not working properly when shower, shower glass dr hinges is loosing when closed it bang on glass panel, hot water not working in one of their guest rm & chair fabrics need to change become it looks dirty etc.

Please note: the area around the property is safe at night. However it is a commercial area, so no tourist sights, no history, nothing to see, nothing to do, limited public transportation. You can eat out like in other parts of Penang, so no worries that you'll be forced to take all meals in the hotel. But otherwise is very much a check-in and sleep kind of place.
