Very well located. Free parking in front of the hotel.
Clean room and bathroom. Room rather small but with nice lake view.
Very good restaurant and reasonably priced.

In a nutshell: Good value for money
Welcoming and thoughtful host who booked us a table in their restaurant for dinner since it was a Sunday night when we arrive (though we didn’t use it in the end). Great room overlooking the lake.
The room was clean and we had a lovely balcony overlooking the lake. There was no reception when we arrived, so we made contact via phone and the access was easy.
Hotel sympathique, très bien situé à Gerardmer, grande chambre avec vue sur le lac et balcon. Restaurant de bonnes qualité, accueil petit déjeuner très convivial .
Très bon séjour. Le seul bémol est que je n'ai pas reçu le texto pour me donner le code de l'entrée. Heureusement, je suis arrivé quand le restaurant était encore ouvert pour pouvoir parler à quelqu'un. Puis-je suggérer à la direction d'envoyer le code d'entrée non pas par un seul moyen de communication mais aussi de le communiquer par email ou l'application par laquelle s'est fait la réservation ou cas où? Cela devrait éviter ce genre de désagrément à d'autres voyageurs dans le futur. Sinon, rien à redire à propos de l'hébergement qui était parfait.
