Very relaxing stay in Salento

The property was pretty and the rooms were modern and comfortable. The staff were all very friendly. We told them we had to leave earlier than the breakfast time on the last day, and they brought a selection of food to us the evening before without us even asking. Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting the area.

We stayed for 5 nights and loved its tranquil surroundings but it is relatively accessible to the local village. Staff were friendly and our room was clean. The farm has a nice pool with sun loungers and umbrellas. It also has an on site restaurant serving typical local dishes in the evening. Parking is first come first served and generally enough for all the guests. My one suggestion is to take care of the pillows more frequently, can a wash or refreshing them in the Puglian sun will do! I’m not sure I saw that much farming on site. Overall it is very good and we had a relaxing stay. We will stay there again.

Wonderful stay with amazing staff and great food

A lovely stay at this lovely hotel. The staff were exceptional - nothing was too much trouble! We were met late at night with a welcome drink, and were shown around the hotel and its facilities. The rooms were really clean and fresh, and the bed was nice and comfy. The restaurant was exceptional, from the diverse breakfast buffet up to the evening meal and wines. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful spot, and great people and service. The breakfast is stupendous, the cheese is to die for. Close to Otranto and Lecce. The rooms are spotless, on the small size but adequate. The only issue, put a window in the wall and the view would make the room 5*.

Run by family and friends who made us feel reslly welcome. Spotlessly clean with all facilities in room including a fridge with complimentary drinks. Lovely breakfast with yoghurt and cheese produced on the farm. Gòod restaurant on site but others within walking distance

Lovely rural getaway. Felt like home!

The staff here are extremely helpful and friendly, recommending places to go and things to see. Lovely fresh breakfast including locally made yoghurt. The pool was quiet and nice to relax next to. Overall a lovely homely cosy experience. Nothing fancy, but perfect for what we wanted.

Highly recommended

Our first experience of an Italian Agriturismo, staying five nights to explore the Salento, with a little relaxation in the swimming pool in between. Breakfast was very good (and easily the best of the three places we stayed), with a large selection of cakes and pastries beloved by Italians, balanced for our tastes by home produced ham, yoghurt and cheeses, and breakfast cereals. All of the staff we met were very pleasant and helpful but our waiter at breakfast deserves special mention; speaking excellent English we enjoyed daily conversations and insights into life in Italy. Our room was very comfortable and very well maintained by the cleaning staff. The only shortcoming worthy of mention was that the noise of our neighbours carried too easily through the walls.

L’agriturismo Il Megalithe est très bien aménagé et à taille humaine. les petites terrasses /cours devant chaque hébergement sont très appréciables et les logements sont proches de la piscine ce qui rend le séjour TOP. il y a aussi la possibilité de boire un verre à la piscine a un prix très raisonnable. Le personnel est très agréable et accueillant. Le restaurant est à quelques pas et très bien aussi. Je conseille vivement (nous étions 2 couples)

Une magnifique découverte

Logement juste extraordinaire. Les chambres sont de plein pied avec une petite terrasse privée. Très belle piscine. Le personnel est très accueillant et très serviable. Le restaurant est excellent et les serveurs très prévenants et très sympathiques. Je le conseille très fortement à tous ceux qui souhaitent séjourner dans les Pouilles.
