Hotel was fabulous. Staff know what customer service is all about. Only regret is that there is not a coffee shop in the lobby....visited the sister coffee shop in the Opal Sol resort every morning. Ice cream at the pool is a nice touch! We will be back!

Service was good, Nice Room. The one problem I had was Bath tub didn’t have HOT water! Beautiful tub! NO hot water? Really? That literally was my only problem.
