They wouldn’t even look to see if a room was ready when I got there and made me put my luggage behind the desk. Checked in late. Big line at desk. I called front desk to bring me a light bulb because there was none in bedside light- they brought me a little tiny lamp that wasn’t bright at all to even attempt to read. Come to find out the light is broken since I put another bulb in from other lamp in room . You should also have an ala cart menu for breakfast because not everyone wants a buffet.

Pricey & Could Use More Staff

The hotel here was fine. The room was clean and it's your standard airport hotel. The problem for me was that I booked it because it was basically connected to the terminal. I came in late, and had an early connection the next day. I decided it was worth paying the pretty high price tag compared to other hotels in the area because of the convenience I'd get, and the time I'd save by not having to wait for a shuttle, etc... Well.. That didn't really pan out. In the end, I arrived and none of their self service kiosks were working, and there was about 25 people lined up to check in and only 1 agent... It took over an hour to check in and by the time I got to my room I had wasted all the time and more that I was trying to save by not waiting for a shuttle from another hotel. So, I would not pay over $200 for this property again. I'd just save the money and book one of the off airport hotels. You'll probably get to your room faster anyway. So, the hotel itself was fine, the price and experience dealing with checking in was not.

This is the perfect place to stay when you have an early flight from Oslo. It’s just a short walk over to the terminal so it’s very convenient!

First impressions were poor as the self check-in didn’t recognise my postcode even though I had inputted it correctly. Also the system kept deleting my passport number everytime I inputted another piece of info (e.g. DoB/country of birth etc). This meant I had to join a line of people waiting to check in which given it was past midnight wasn’t great. For some reason I was given a disabled number and therefore had no bath which was annoying. Also the mattress and pillows were extremely soft meaning I had a poor night’s sleep. The room was also quite hot even though the air con was set at the lowest temperature - this didn’t appear to be working

Overall we liked our stay. However the line to check in seems always very busy. We did not get the room we originally booked, so they had to switch us. Next time we will stay at the Radisson Blue. It’s much more convenient to walk to than the “Red” location.

Had just a minor issue with the climate control not working in our room, front desk said they’d send someone up to check it out and no one showed up. This caused our room to be stuffy all night making it difficult to sleep prior to a 10.5 hour flight.
