This is the best hotel in the area. Convenient for a visit to family and/or to attend a family function. Nice standard of hotel. Far better facilities and best value in the area.

Very nice hotel, deluxe room was excellent and big bathroom with shower and bath , the pool and spa are excellent and breakfast very also very good , with freshly cooked hot food and very attentive service , i highly recommend staying here and would happily stay here again

The hotel room was amazing, the staff very friendly and extremely helpful. Dining was very good also. I didn’t use the pool. My husband used the gym and said the facilities were really good.

Normally very good let down last time

I usually stay here when I am on business but unfortunately it was not up to the usual high standards. I was allocated an accessible room without a bath but as the hotel was full I was unable to change until the next day. The next room I was given had the correct bathroom room but unfortunately when I went to get a bath there was no plug and it was late so I didn’t contact the receptionist. There is also a bright green light that is too bright in the room but have come to live with that during my stay.

Excellent and comfortable hotel

Excellent hotel, stayed for business purposes as this is around 30 mins drive into central Glasgow. Rooms are huge, comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Breakfast and dinner were both good, staff all pleasant. My only negative was a horrible stain on my bed sheets that I found on the last day, surely the housekeeper should have seen that.
