Family night away, four couples. Lovely spacious rooms and beautiful bathrooms with a great shower. Bed was a bit soft but still comfortable. One main course at dinner had to be returned as it was inedible. Alternative choice was efficiently prepared and wasn’t charged for. Complimentary drink given also. Breakfast was lovely. Staff are very friendly and attentive.

This is a wonderful hotel. Staff helpful and friendly, bed great (pillows were a little flat for my preference but husband likes them like that), food incredible, bathroom and rainfall shower in executive suite was amazing. It was a great stay ❤️

Extremely unhappy with Parklands. I booked a 4-night stay for September in June 2025, tried to cancel 2 days later without success. Yes, it said uncancellable; however the reservation was for September 17-21. I think there should be some leeway, at least a few days, to cancel reservations. I gave the room to my cousins so at least someone used it, but it cost me over $1,000 bucks. Will definitely NOT recommend Parklands.
