The property was very clean. So was the inside of hotel and my room. The breakfast was a little to be desired, potatoes and omelets were dried out and didnt have a big selection to pick from. My room was really nice but the pillows could have been bigger and softer, otherwise the hotel was really nice.

We stay here every time we come to Buffalo because it so friendly and helpful with information regarding dinning and transportation. The only drawback this stay was we went to breakfast around 6:30 am and the eggs were hard and cold which I didn't expect since they just started at 6am and there was no one to tell about this

the first room they gave us had a dirty underwear tucked halfway under the bed. i asked for another room, the staff member at the lobby accepted. when the manager came to speak to us he stated he would not have given us a different room for the underwear on the floor. stay was average

Ants and bites

The room had ants that bit my granddaughter leaving her with welts. I asked housekeeping to change the sheets on the bed because of the ants and they didn’t even clean the room. When I went to tell the desk the room wasn’t cleaned housekeeping had left for the day so I was given the sheets and blankets to change the bed myself. The ants were also in the bathroom. There was water damage to the wall and door so likely where the ants were coming in.
