Perfect stay from start to finish! Check in the receptionist was lovely very welcoming and helpful. Rooms were comfortable, clean and spacious. We used the spa facilities both days on our stay, the pool area is lovely, everything was really clean, your able to relax with drinks from the bar, we had massages and they were lovely! Breakfast was perfect, there was continental and a choice from the kitchen to order, staff were amazing very attentive, and there was no waiting time. Once again very clean and helpful! Would highly recommend this Hotel and would definitely travel back here again.

Good parking, easy self check in, clean room, decent breakfast

The receptionist who checked us in was friendly, and the room was a good size and clean. The bed was comfortable and i slept well. The water for the bath / shower was also nice and warm. We ate dinner in the restaurant - a good choice of food and ours was nice. The only small negative was the WiFi where i kept having to reconnect.

A beautiful hotel with clean, high quality facilities, friendly staff & well kept grounds. The bedroom was very spacious. The food was delicious & well presented. Parking was easy & our stay was lovely.

Very good stuff very nice hotel and breakfast

Lovely hotel, staff were friendly, couldn’t do enough for us, we were greeted by shalom on arrival, lovely gentleman, asset to this hotel. Highly recommend especially if you are looking to stay near the outdoor ski slope as it’s just across the road, Gloucester quays/town centre just a short drive away.
