A Really Lovely Hotel

this is a lovely hotel, well appointed and very comfortable, the one negative is there is no lift, which if you have luggage and are on the second floor, its tough. the restaurant is great, service a bit slow, but the breakfast offering is superb. there is electric charging in the car park A really lovely hotel

Severnside Bristol

The check in was fast and good. The motel appearance and ambiance was good. Carparking was great and safe. I did have an issue with the TV and the choice of chanels I found it to be slow and only geared to Mollies choice. Free view has more to offer. And i did tey my app of net flix but it would not cast to the Tv from my Samsung s20 pro??? So watched on my lap top .... everything else was great well done.

Stylish but without some substance

Check in is automatic, so I had to download an app, which should’ve included my room key and controls for the TV. The only problem is that the app don’t work so I had to ask someone to check me in manually. This then meant that the mirroring & linking Spotify to the TV didn’t work as it’s all based off the app. This wouldn’t bother me, but when it’s advertised as a reason to stay there it’s disappointing. The decor is lovely, but some of the fixtures are starting to fail eg the toilet roll holder was wobbly. But seeing as it was the same price as a Premier Inn I would stay there again.

Mollies is a Must!

Amazing standards.. wonderful shower- ghd straighteners- Dyson hairdryer as standard.. bikes available to ride to the shopping centre- such a convenient location.. staff all friendly & welcoming - will definitely re-visit Loved it!

We loved our stay at Mollie’s - the rooms are modern and tasteful and the amenities were excellent. Ate in the diner, food was great and staff lovely. We will definitely be back!

Gorgeous stay, lovely and clean and just a calming environment. We had a problem with the hairdryer not working but once we spoke to reception it was working within five minutes after the last came and sorted it.

Great apart from no kettle

Comfortable, clean and pleasant stay. 24hr bar, games in reception as well as free tea and coffee. Only downside is there isn't a kettle in the room and you have to go out in the corridor to get hot water. Not great if you need a hot drink as soon as you wake up. No one wants to bump into someone in the corridor in their pants with morning breath and crazy hair.
