Compare Casino Hotels in Gloucester

The lady at check-in was nice and helpful but the one at check out was not courteous at all. We had arranged for a later check out of noon and when we checked out a bit earlier at 11:30am she was not very nice and instead of asking us if we had a nice stay or at least make a friendly greeting, she said abruptly check out was at 11:00 so I told her we had a late check out as arranged by the previous person in the evening when we got in the night before. She did not apologize and said ok. By the way we checked in the first night late and went to bed but in morning when I jumped in the shower there were no towels! Not great and very disappointed!

staff who was wearing specs speaking other languages as well was very helpful and understanding

The room was bigger than we thought it would be, for accessible compaired to other hotels. The breakfast was extremely satisfying every morning, great start to each day.
