Great for one night stay. Price is good for something about 5 minutes drive from downtown Ottawa. Shopping mall across the street. Right next to highway 417 east/west. Limited parking.

Concern for safety of guests. We were leaving at 5 am and waiting for an uber in front of the hotel. the attendant was exceptionally vigilant as we waited as he had noticed a person wandering who was clearly not a guest of theirs. So appreciated.

The AC doesn't work during a heat wave. The bed is very stiff. The room was renovated and looks good, but not having a working AC in a renovated room is not good. Very unsatisfied. The hotel room is full so no other rooms were available and the maintenance person had already left. At least they gave me a fan!

Staff was awesome! We had to bug the front desk lot for the override tv remote and the night host was awesome with my son. We will definitely be staying here whenever we're visiting Ottawa.

Very clean, bed was comfortable. Service was excellent. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that window AC unit was a bit loud but it did its job and room temp was comfortable.

It's ok, basic no major complaints.

We didn't get the room that was booked.. not big deal.. the AC was very confusing to control and it was very loud also it's 6 feet beside the head of the bed and hits you directly while your trying to sleep.
