Perfect location

Wonderful stay at the hotel which is directly across from the central station and bus terminal. There is also a metro stop with all lines so perfect location for travelling around the city. The hotel is huge and beautifully decorated. We had a room with an internal balcony but heard no noise during our stay. The staff even allowed us to check in early as rooms were available. We spent a couple of hours in the spa which had amazing facilities and beautifully decorated. Would totally recommend the hotel and the city!!

Very comfortable hotel

Beds so comfortable it was hard to leave. And the front desk staff were great, friendly and helpful- making extra accomodations for us because I was on crutches and struggled to walk.

We were told upon check-in that we had been upgraded to a superior room, which was apparently the same type of room we originally booked. When we arrived, the room had multiple housekeeping issues, so we went to the front desk to address it. After explaining the situation, they moved us to an executive room, but unfortunately, even that room had cleanliness problems. The whole experience was disappointing, especially with the lack of consistency in room quality and cleanliness. Hoping for better management of these issues in the future.

A great hotel in a lovely city.

Hotel was in a great location and was really nice. The main hotel restaurant wasn’t open so they were only serving minimal bar snacks so we went next door to Noot which was incredible!

Excellent hotel, nice food!

Overall we loved the process. Sometimes, we found less attention from hotel staff for us as they might be assuming our affordability to some services are poor. For an example we wanted to upgrade for a suite and the hotel said they will check for it but there was no proper communication or feedback. But we loved the hotel and food. It’s a very nice high end property. Next time our plan is to stay in a room with the view as this time we got a room which didn’t include a MK e view.

This hotel is let down by INCREDIBLY SLOW service at the front desk. Takes like 10-20 minutes to check each person in and even when there’s a queue there will be like one person manning the front desk. When you have a simple question you have to wait ages until someone is free or someone finally comes out from the back office. Not sure if they’re just short staffed. We turned up in the afternoon around noon to check in. We had booked a junior suite with a king bed (based the images it should have a separate seating area etc.) and we were told we would have a room facing the front so we would have a view of the see the station and parts of the city. Gave our passports etc. xlbut was then told our room wasn’t ready, in-fact none of the suite rooms were ready as they have limited numbers, so we left our bags so we could check in later. When we came back, we queued for about 15 minutes, then finally got served. We were with the front desk operator for a good 10-15 minutes in silence. He kept going to the back office, done this about three times without telling us what was going on until eventually he gave us our room keys. We get to our room and he’s assigned us a junior suite facing the inside of the hotel main area with two single beds. I was furious as this is not what we booked. Luka kindly upgraded us to a Corner Suite after my complaint. Best thing about this hotel is the location and spa. Total relaxation in the spa, friendly staff and facilities.

Would definitely return!

Great stay with the friendly front desk allowing us early check in. The room was so peaceful and the overall hotel ambiance was wonderful. The bar staff, especially Matthew were all great and a credit to Radison. Only negative was food in restaurant wasn’t great and the service very slow! That’s an easy fix though.
