My water in the room never got hot for baths or shower, nose tissue was out and I guess they forgot when I asked for more there was only 1 in the box when I checked in, my tv didn’t work because it could not connect to the hotel network so I had to use my personal hotspot instead. Other than that the hotel staff was really polite and the breakfast was good.

The room was clean. There was no hot water the whole time we were there. Was told at check in it was getting fixed, never got fixed and they wouldn’t accommodate us in any way. Still waiting on a phone call from the manager…there is also a language barrier, as we couldn’t find anyone who spoke English to help us. Nice clean good location just terrible service!
