Hotel fora dos padrões de qualidade.

Esse é o 20⁰ hotel que me hospedo em Gramado e me decepcionei. Esperava bem mais do que foi oferecido. Começando minha avaliação pelo café da manhã: muito simples, o local cabe 20 pessoas sentadas e para comer tapioca tem que pagar a parte. Estacionamento: tem 4 vagas na calçada do hotel de "cortesia" e 6 vagas no subsolo sendo cobrada a diária de R$20,00!! O hotel cobra também por roupa de cama e travesseiros extra!! E os frascos de amenites são solicitados não jogar fora para eles fazerem reposição de shampoo e condicionador, fugindo dos padrões dos hotéis de Gramado. A localização não é privilegiada.
