You gotta have the Level option when making a reservation. The Level lounge offers food, drinks, relaxation, and a great view of Alhambra night and day, from morning to evening daily. The property is very clean all around, the staff is exceptionally warm, and courteous. Will utilize Meliá Hotels again. Very impressed.

I had a great stay overall—fantastic location, excellent facilities, and good service. However, I was quite disappointed when I asked for some water and was told to purchase it from the minibar. For a hotel of this standard, providing drinking water upon request shouldn’t be an issue. It left a negative impression on an otherwise pleasant experience.

Outstanding!

Superb service from the Granada Melia team from arrival to departure. Staff were pleasant and very frendly. They gave lots of ideas of what to do in Granada and for the rest of our stay in Spain. I had booked a junior suite as a treat for my boyfriend's birthday which came with access to the Level. I'm glad I did as the room was wonderful and access to the Level made the trip even more special. I wished we could have stayed longer. I will definitely book this hotel again.

The location of this hotel is very closed to shopping and walking distance to many attractions . Room is spacious. I didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel but my friends did they said was delicious . Lots of fruits too

Excellent location, if you are in decent shape and prefer walking to explore the city, it’s very walkable to the Alhambra, Albaicin. You’ll walk by shops, restaurants, moorish streets, churches and even stop for hammam, and it felt pretty safe and lively at night

Wonderful wonderful stay. Central location to all the things I wanted to do. The staff spoke enough English to assist me at check in and gave me a complimentary map and highlighted locations to visit during my stay. My room was very tidy and clean. The ceiling color was absolutely my favorite (Tiffany blue). My only teeny tiny complaint was the noise from the streets (couple of bars near hotel). I was on the 3rd floor so if you are a light sleeper I would recommend requesting a top floor. Would absolutely book here again.
