Hiking Trip

Went to the Grand Canyon and Sedona stayed in the middle in Flagstaff. Hotel was so comfortable after an entire day of hiking. Perfect location close to the best Indian Restaurant EVER!!!

Our stay was good, check in was ok the front desk agent didn’t really interact and looked like she didn’t want to be there at the moment. Breakfast was very good. There is one elevator and there is a wait. One parking area in the front of the building and the side small compared to others. The room was great and it was clean.

We stayed for 3 days, staff is friendly, very accommodating to our necessities. Breakfast is a plus, good food options, and tasty. Pool and spa was a hit a well with our girls. We went 2/3 days we were there. Housekeeping ladies are great as well and very friendly. The only complaint is that in our last night, Sunday 3/09, in the room above us, it seemed like they had racing horses. You can definitely hear the stomping non-stop from around 7pm to 10:30pm. It was very hard to put my toddler to sleep. She was overwhelmed that she couldn't go to sleep. And the next morning, at early hours (started at around 6:30am), the stomping/running started again and woke her up in a sleepy, cranky mood. And I did not complain or called the front desk because I don't like to be those type of people. That is the only complaint I have. Other than the last night, everything was wonderful

It was clean, conveniently located by shops and restaurants, and the breakfast options were decent. Our television didn't work when we arrived, but they fixed it when we brought it to their attention. The beds were kind of uncomfortable. It was a good value for the money.

This property was extremely clean which is very important to me for my family. The breakfast was yummy with many options. We walked to dinner at Beaver St Brewery, which was delicious. The location was a 2 min walk to the NAU campus and 5 min car drive to the NAU Bookstore. We will definitely be visiting the Country Inn & Suites again highly recommend it for families.

We arrived on the train which was running 3 hours late, so it was after midnight by the time we got to the hotel. We were so glad they were staffed at night! It was an easy check in. We walked from the train station to the hotel and even though it was the middle of the night we never felt unsafe.
