Noisy a car running all night outside my window with reving the engine every 20-25 minutes, upstairs people slamming doors Had issues with the room heater which did not work great half of it blew cold air while also blowing warm in the center I have stayed here before and this is the first with annoying issues

We stayed November 15th and 16th. It was a Saturday and Sunday and both days there was hardly any food for the breakfast. No milk, No juice, no eggs or sausage nothing.

I got there, pulled the sheets back and they were filthy, so I went to the front desk, asked for a refund and told them I was not staying there. They said to come the next day for the manager (I was flying so can't do that). I messaged and called twice, never got a refund.

The breakfast was advertised as "buffet breakfast." The food quality and quantity wasn't good to eat for my daughter and I at 8am (sad.) I had to take a cold shower, not pleasant.

The beds were so uncomfortable. The website said they were pillow top mattresses and down comforters, but they were not at all. Walls were super thin so you could hear everything from your neighbors. We couldnt sleep at all while there. And guests roamed the halls yelling and slamming doors all night as well. I did tell the night receptionist and she did indeed say something to them, but they didnt listen, so that was that. She never said another thing. Im not being rude, but i will never stay here again. The description for this hotel was a complete and total farse. So beyond disappointed, and exhausted from no sleep! We came to stay here as we had a death in the family, and the experience here made our entire situation so much worse. Not to mention this hotel was filthy! I have never given a bad review before, but i am sorry, this place definitely warrents this bad review.

Our day was OK. Our room definitely wasn't the cleanest I've ever been in. Lots of dust and webs. The family in the room above us let their children run back-and-forth across the room in the evening and that was annoying, but obviously not the fault of the hotel. The only true complaint I have is that we specifically look for a hotel that includes breakfast to save some cost and the breakfast was essentially nonexistent.

There was only enough "hot" food for 2 or 3 people. The eggs were stone cold both days. The sausage was lukewarm on day 2. The biscuits were excellent but there was no gravy. They had real butter. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were pleasant, especially Elbur at the front desk.

We booked this hotel through Expedia because the listing said that there was an airport shuttle. When we checked in we signed up for the shuttale and ssumed that it was included until they told us that we should have booked through Park and Fly.

We were greeted when we walked in, the Desk Clerk and staff were courteous. We had a nice room. Breakfast was good. The only challenge was that the In-room coffee machine did not have a filter, so we could not brew coffee. I explained what I needed at the front desk and my son showed them when they came to the room, but we never got it. They did have coffee 24/7 downstairs.
