Great location, clean, helpful staff and nice hotel

Great location, a lot to do within walking distance. Clean room, friendly staff and the roof top bar is a nice bonus!

We have always loved the Amway. Rooms have become dated and need some work!

Everything was clean and pleasant however the room entry door lock was sticking and every time we came and went, it was a struggle to get the door open. The deadbolt was sticking and the only way to enter or exit was to push the door handle down with all your strength. Even then sometimes it would not give. I shudder to think if there was an emergency. Also, the restaurant was not open for Sunday breakfast. That was odd.

The public areas were clean and well maintained. The pool and hot tub area were clean, but not did not overwhelm with chlorine smell, as so many hotel pool areas often do. The room was clean and staff were very friendly.
