Hotel itself was mildly okay. It was attempted to be updated but it was mostly cosmetic. It smelt bad, hot tub was drained and not in use, indoor water slide was permanently shut down, no towels at the pool, pool was extremely cold and the list goes on. It was DEFINITELY not a $200 hotel (what I paid for 1 night on Expedia.com). This hotel is a $50-$80/night hotel. Not impressed

My room was clean but a bit shabby. The 7$ breakfast sausage sandwich was almost burned and I only ate about half. My second morning at 7:30 am on a Sunday had no hot water so no shower for my day and then I couldn’t get the water turned off. Staff was ok but not particularly friendly. The restaurant they advertised was non existent. The bar lady was very nice and a welcome stop at the end of my long day.

We decided to give this property another try and it was not great. There was no toilet paper in the room. There was black smudge all over the side of the table. Not to mention the whole room was covered in dust. There were noisy teenagers running the halls at 2am. The gentleman at the front desk said they were full and we could not move rooms. This place was a joke. I should be able to receive some of my money back due to the lack of hospitality.

Decent-ish

Not awful. Staff was very friendly & attentive especially the night girls that were there. We were here for my daughter’s cheer competition so as a group we had 3 total rooms. 307, 305, 428. There was some trash stacked next to trash cans when we first arrived that slightly had a foul odor. As soon as we checked into my sisters room and went to open fridge the the whole door came off, no fix just told to email pictures. (305) Shower was dirty and seemed like it needed to be cleaned thoroughly & re caulked. Could’ve been black mold it was so disgusting honestly. (428) We resorted to using one of the other rooms we had to shower to avoid it. Doesn’t state that jacuzzi is out of service online so that was a disappointment. Pool is also uncomfortably freezing & the towels don’t get refilled often if ever. I only seen towels one time in the 2 nights I was there.

Several complaints: - SOME of the staff was rude. - Pool didn’t look clean but I do realize that there were a lot of kids there and I am sure that is why. However both the slide and the Whirlpool are broken. -Our room didn’t get cleaned. Front desk told me rooms are only cleaned on request but the list of rules, etc we received at check in stated that the room would be lightly refreshed if the Do Not Disturb tag was removed. We did not have a Do Not Disturb tag yet our room was not refreshed at all. - Toilet seat is loose so when you sit down you feel as if you might either fall or break the seat completely off. - Our room seemed clean however after waking we noticed the comforter had several small stains. We were gone most of the day and assumed that the cleaning staff would also see the stains - An adjustable vent on the heater/AC would be helpful because the air blasts the person nearest the unit making an uncomfortable night. Otherwise the hotel is beautiful and the room was comfortable. The staff members that checked us in were extremely friendly. The rude staff member was on his own and seemed quite overwhelmed
