Its OK

Overall, stay was OK for what we needed. Room seemed to be fairly clean, however heating/cooling system in the room ran day and night, was loud, and blew right on my husband all night long. There was no way to shut it off and it was HOT when we first entered room for our weekend stay. Pool slide and hot tub were shut down and although I didn't care about the slide...or even know of it, the hot tub has been shut down and inoperable for at least a month now, based on other reviews I read. If the hotel is advertising a hot tub then fix the damn thing and DON'T advertise you have one when you knowingly don't! The lobby and bar/lounge area was probably the nicest feature of the hotel, although the older black gentleman working the desk, with the camo colored jacket, was always way too serious and pretty unfriendly all around. Stairs in the hotel often smelled like marijuana and I saw an employee slipping in the staircase area to smoke and do his thing. He acted suspicious, but later I saw him behind the front desk. Very unprofessional.

Excellent Stay

We had a wonderful stay. The bartender Sarah was excellent. Very helpful with area recommendations and timing for our Uber. Highly recommend. The atmosphere in the restaurant- lobby area was very inviting. Rooms were very clean and beds were very comfortable.

The hotel is dated. There were kids running and screaming down the halls until 2 am, super loud in the lobby/restaurant area. My room was dirty, something gross running down the side of the one bed, the tables were sticky and there was no remote. Then this morning both elevators were broken and I had to carry my 50pound suitcase down the stairs and when I told the lobby guy, he didn’t seem to care, said he would let maintenance know.

Needs maintenance badly.

The sole reason this hotel was selected over others was the hot tub and waterslide. Both were out of order and appeared to be that way for quite sometime. The service at breakfast was also very rude and ignored us most of the time. The hotel was also rather run down

Eh. Its about as expected. The room was fine, nothing special. I really went for the hot tub listed, but it wasnt in service and apparently hasnt been for a while. The restaurant also had little to no food due to having no truck come in. I tried treating myself to a night away, when all I did was stay in my room and read, something I couls have done without spending the money. Not exactly worth it.

The front desk staff was very rude our room was not ready upon checking in at 4:20 and she said she would cancel our room and we could stay some where else then checked in every other person in line behind me in another staff walking up had to ask if I needed help before she would wait on me the hot tub was also out of service

Terrible place to stay

The stay was terrible, our room’s bathroom didn’t have a working light and the room was dirty upon arrival. We had noisy neighbors. The hotel staff were rude. We called multiple times about noise complains but they didn’t do anything about it. All around this was my first horrible hotel experience, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Outdated and dirty. We checked into our room and it was dirty, there was a baby cup on the floor, coffee cups and Kleenex were empty, and the tv didn’t work. Told the front desk and he said he would upgrade me to a suite for free. The “suite” was the exact same room that we already had but with a king bed instead of two queens. It was not an upgrade in any way.

Pool is not heated, hot tub was broken. Not even informed when we checked in. We were told to enter thru what only can be described as a maintenance enterance. Door knobs broken off and busted. Elevator was freezing cold.
