Compare Luxury Hotels in Kentwood

The staff were all friendly and it was a nice atmosphere. Just a decent amount of traffic noise due to the freeway and possibly from the main road. Also conveniently located close to downtown.

The hotel was under renovations when we arrived so restaurant not open. Also the doors to each hotel room were very noisy and slammed each time open and closed. We were also keep up each night from other hotel guests screaming until 4am. Not a restful sleep. Very disappointing.

Airport shuttle punctual and frequent. Cookies delicious, staff kind and efficient . Great restaurant on premises.

The pool handrail was broken. But otherwise a very good stay.

I attempted to cancel my stay as I had some last minute issues. Hotels.com tried numerous times to contact the property and they would not answer. I got billed for nothing because this hotel chose not to answer on a Friday afternoon. Additionally I called before my trip to confirm they would pick me up at the airport. Main reason for choosing this hotel. I was told that they would not pick me up because my flight got in at 11:45pm. Even though their own site said after 1am I would have to schedule with property. Was asked over and over by the lady at the desk if I wanted to cancel because they couldn’t pick me up. I said at the time I had no other choice and would figure out how to get to the property. Failures across the board here.

This was a suite hotel. It is a very bare bones hotel with no amenities. The room was clean. However, it would have been nice to have instructions on how to see thermostat and the TV. If you wanted anything itcost extra. There were also some people sleeping in there cars over night.
