Probably the best value for your money out of any of the hotels in downtown portland with an amazing view of the bay super clean room's friendly staff.Nice snack room and breakfast.

Took forever to get checked in because name was not in system correctly, When we finally got to room, the AC was on -- who has AC on when temps are around 40??? The parking lot/garage is atrocious! There are columns everywhere & the spots are way too close. When we went to leave, I had someone parked so close to me there was less than 2 inches to open my door and wiggle into the drivers seat. Would not ever stay here again!

We had a nice room on the top (11th) floor with a view of the waterfront. We had a 45 min delay getting into our room upon arrival even though it was 4:30 pm. But they did give us some vouchers for free drinks in the bar while we waited. The parking garage is pretty tight and gets filled up. The location is good with many walkable sights and restaurants. We didn't eat at the hotel, so can't comment on that.

Despite some dated appointments to the general hotel public areas the room was very nicely appointed and seemingly updated recently. Everything was comfortable and in working order. Lighting could have been a little brighter, and desk chair material made me feel warm when sitting in it for long stretches of time. Room service staff was extremely friendly, and those at front desk were efficient and helpful.
