Was able to check in an hour prior to three with no extra fee for an afternoon Packers game. The king room was clean and on the second floor with minimal noise late at night. There is a bus/shuttle that makes stops near the hotel but an Uber was <15 dollars.

Staff was friendly, room was clean and comfortable. Lots of noise at hotel in the middle of the night. I think some other people staying were fighting and running up and down the hall. Other than that was a great stay. Even with the noise I would stay there again, could have just been an anomaly.

Didn’t get the room I reserved, the rooms were very small and uncomfortable. They gave us another room with 2 beds, the toilet was repaired unprofessionally. We didn’t get the price that was advertised on Hotel.com. Then asked for fresh towels after a couple days and found a bed bug on one of the hand towels. My husband ask for compensation and we got nothing. I will never stay in another Quality Inn ever.
