Room was perfect and clean. Got wristbands for water stuff with our room. Has an amazing restaurant and bar attached to the hotel and you can walk inside to get to it. Water area splash pad open until 10pm which is perfect for later evening arrival. Towels available in water area. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Everything worked and was well maintained

Had to get swapped rooms due to a faulty toilet immediately upon checking in. Then proceed to our new room to find what appears to be some type of dirt/ fecal matter on the floor of the bathroom. Very disgusting and couldn’t wait to check out and be done with this place.

Good water play area for kids; bring towels - there weren’t many available. Hotel was decent; hallways were noisy and hotel could use an update - lots of things appeared worn. Breakfast was average. But overall clean and good location.

The room seemed relatively clean. There was some garbage/wrappers in the desk drawer. The Internet was very slow and difficult to keep connected. It would have also been nice to have some information on local restaurants near the hotel.

Had black mold. Could tell they never mopped the room or wiped down the bathroom. The lady at front counter and the guy in the evening at the bar really need a class in customer service. They are extremely rude with a cocky attitude!

First room AC wasn’t working which is a hard pass for me, and then called to see if I was doing something wrong etc, they offered new room with out asking, and I told him that he could bring room keys to me for the inconvenience and he said no problem, and rest of stay was just fine. Would stay again
